Our Underground Construction Services . . .

1. Cable East, Inc. will take every precaution to avoid damage to all existing facilities, the roadway, and finished landscaping.

2. Cable East, Inc. will repair any damage to, but not limited to, the roadway, sidewalks, manholes/handholds, utilities, fencing, seeded areas or other public/private property damaged during the construction process.

3. All buried plant construction shall meet National Electrical Safety Code minimum depth requirements, as well as those specified by city, county and/or state codes and Owner.

4. All buried plant construction shall be in accordance with local, State-DOT and Rail Road and permit requirements and stay within easements.

5. Running line will be stationed to show all hard point, offsets and utility crossing along the route.

6. All street opening and easement permits will be in hand prior to the commencement of work in these areas.

7. Cable East, Inc. will verify utilities before starting installation of underground plant. This verification will be by test pitting and uncovering the buried utility.  Test pitting will every forty feet along running line if:

                             A)    The proposed running line is within five feet of another utility's

                    B)    When the running line crosses another utility.
