Our Engineering Services . . .
Many

As many of you
know, the telecommunication industry is booming exponentially
because of the high demands for faster communication. As part of
our engineering design packages, we design fiber optic networks not
only to meet current customer demands, but future demands as well.
The exchange
of information is the key for a successful network and we have a
variety of formats from which to choose. Whether it be digital video
or photography to CAD drawings, the customer can be assured that he
or she will always have an updated reference for the Central Office
or Point of Presence (POP) Location.

CAD
Documentation
AutoCAD 2000 ® is
the platform that we have utilized the most. Our documentation
team members are qualified to produce various drawings from network
schematics to central office and equipment layouts. Installation
packages are specifically produced for each project. The
package consists of easy to follow drawings, schematics and
instructions to ensure that the installation of your network is done
properly the first time.

Digital Imagery
Digital Imagery is
used in a variety of ways. Its mostly used in site investigation to
assist the engineer in note taking. However, digital images are
also used to record existing equipment in Central Offices, and POP's
for planning and insurance purposes. All digital
images captured by our team members are kept on file for reference. Our
documentation department will utilize these along with the
engineer's notes to create and/or reproduce drawings that will
precisely reflect the digital image.

Databases
Our Documentation
department creates and maintains databases for all aspect of a
project. A drawing index is created to keep track of drawings that
have been issued throughout a project. All equipment that has been
purchased for a certain project is placed with an equipment
identification number placed on the drawings for easy reference.
These numbers are then linked to an equipment database for easy
reference to tracking suppliers, manufacturers, cost and installed
location.

Website Customer Support
A
secured project management area has been provided to our clients at
no extra charge. This area provides each client with customized
reports of project scheduling, purchases and status. They are
updated daily by our team members to ensure that any information release
is as accurate as possible. |
